So many of us have fallen off the “Resolution Wagon” by now.  I am guilty as well…I admit…I have eaten a cookie or two or three, and not exercised as much as I should have.  But…That is why we need to renew our commitment to health again this week in order to keep our seat safe on the wagon.   Falling off the wagon is just painful!   Use the checklist below to help keep your spirits up and your goal within reach.  Email me with your success AND failure stories.  I would love to hear how you are coping with rededicating yourself to your health and wellness.

10 Steps to take in 2010 towards a healthier you:

Ο    2. Monthly Massages – helps relieve stress, fatigue and muscle ache.  Call Christine to schedule your massage.  (585) 734-2500

Ο     3. Thermography Scan –a  safe early detection tool for hundreds of diseases and pathologies including breast cancer.  Email Christine for details.

Ο   4. Physical/Body and Health Assessment – see your primary care physician or a health practitioner that you trust.

Ο   5. Exercise – Come to my office to sign up sheet for our weekly walking program or email me with your name and phone number if you are interested or have any questions.  It is time to get moving!  Wednesday evenings at 7pm.

Ο   6. Good Eating Habits – look for recipes and cooking classes in the near future.

Ο   7. Try Something New – step outside yourself and try something you haven’t ever done before but always wanted to.

Ο   8. Educate Yourself – look for articles and newsletter on various health related topics at the office or on the  website.

Ο   9. Help Others – in the future we will share opportunities where you can help us give back to our community.

Ο 10. Take TIME FOR YOU each day – you deserve it and it will help revitalize yourself.
