Relaxing Massage

Swedish Massage techniques are utilized to ellicit relaxation of the body and mind. Great for a first time experience of massage.  It is a time and a place for you to simply relax with a soothing environment and soft massage strokes. Let your body rest and become rejuvenated.  No Therapeutic techniques will be performed.

Therapeutic Massage

An excellent opportunity for you to help your body heal from any chronic aches, pains or healing of injuries.  Several techniques will be utilized including Deep Tissue Techniques. Let me help you get back to feeling ALIVE again.

Maternal Massage

Perfect for the “Mom-to-be” or for the new Mom, to help the body balance out all of the aches and pains you experience when creating new life. A side-lying position will be utilized during this experience.

On-Site Seated Chair Massage

Oncology Massage

A natural and life giving way to relax before, during or after treatment of Cancer.  Please contact Christine for more details @ 585-734-2500   A 45 minute massage session is just the right amount of time…not too stimulating and enough time to relax your weary body.  A shorter massage session time is available but please do allow about 20 minutes for a complete health intake conversation.

Hot Stones are strategically placed and used in massage to optimize relaxation and total serenity.

Cancellation Policy
