RECLAIM is a Wellness Program that was designed with you, your health and your wellness goals in mind. The program’s roots are in Massage Therapy but there are other components that the body needs to reach it’s optimum health. The body really does tell us what we need…we have to learn to listen. I am by no means a health diva…but I do try and when I am trying I notice a difference. There is something to be said for taking take of yourself.
